Robotics Simulation Engineer (m/f/d)
Welcome to Sakal Robo System GmbH, where with our state-of-the-art “Digital Twin System” we enable our customers to bridge the gap between the physical and the virtual world. Real-time data from sensors, actuators, auxiliary controllers and positioning systems flow seamlessly into behavior models within the virtual system, creating a synchronized and dynamic environment.
What can you expect with us?
We are looking for reinforcement in the field of robot simulation for our "Robotic" team. The team consists of an agile and interdisciplinary unit that supports us from sales to commissioning.
- Validation of robot system concepts with the help of simulation tools
- Further development of the Sakal Robotics software, VIBN tools
- Support with system design
- Design of personnel-safe protection areas for the robot systems
- Setup and implementation of virtual commissioning
- Support with challenges during commissioning
Your skills!
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology
- Affinity for programming languages and CAD environment
- Experience in programming Yaskawa, FANUC, ABB
- Experience in the parameterization of robot-specific safety software (DCS, SafeMove)
- Professional experience with Process Simulate OR Delmia V5 OR Delmia 3DXperience
- Experience in the use of robot-specific simulation tools (MotoSim, RobotStudio, Roboguide)
- Business fluent in German and English for internal and external communication

We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for system planning.
- Creation of digital hall and facility layouts
- Planning support for system concept creation and infrastructure cost assessments
- Process and sequence simulations for automation and interlinking systems
- Robot simulation
- Independent and structured work – robot simulation and plant simulation
- Milestone-based tracking
- Coordination of internal/external interfaces (mechanical/electrical/informational)
- Work with simulation tools – Process Simulate
Qualification
- Successfully completed studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in robot/plant simulation and plant concept development
- Extensive experience in the simulation area – safety concept, operating concept, procurement process of systems, equipment and infrastructure as well as services
- Experience with Siemens Process Simulate
- Experience with Delmia V5 / 3D Experience is an advantage
- Communication skills and enthusiasm for technology
- Advanced knowledge of German (team; customer service)
